It should be clarified that personal information does not include information that has been anonymized. 1.1 Account registration, authentication and login In order to use the Wake up tech platform and related services, you need to register and log in to a Wake up tech account. During the registration process, we will collect your avatar, nickname, account ID, registered mobile phone number, and authentication information (if you choose to authenticate). You can also log in through a third-party account (such as Google, Apple ID), in which case we will obtain the corresponding third-party account information (such as nickname, avatar, email address) that you authorize to share. 1.2 Maintaining the security of the Wake up tech website and services (1) In order to maintain the normal operation of our services and protect the legitimate interests of you or other users or the public from losses, we will collect necessary information to maintain the safe and stable operation of products or services, including device model, device brand, operating system, and system language. (2) When you browse or use the platform, in order to ensure the normal operation and operational security of the Wake up tech website and services and prevent network attacks and intrusion risks, we will collect your operating system type and operating system version number, IP address, browser type and browser version, time zone and language and other device information, as well as web browsing records. (3) To help us better understand the operation of Wake up tech and related services, and to prevent malicious programs and ensure the quality and efficiency of operations, we may record network log information, collect running process information, as well as the frequency of using the platform and related services, crash data, usage and related performance data. 1.3 Use Wake up tech service We collect the following information in the following specific scenarios: (1) Creating Agents, applications, and workflows: When you create Agents, applications, and workflows through the Wake up tech platform (including using the development platform, Wake up tech compass, and AI Eino application development framework), we will retain the information you input and upload (mainly your command information). (2) Browsing and usage records: When you browse Wake up tech, we will record your browsing and usage. If you are not logged in to your account, we will record your browsing, clicks, collections and other operational behavior information through the identifier information corresponding to the device. If you have logged in to your account, we will record your browsing, clicks, downloads, sharing, following, likes (likes), collections, comments and other operational behavior information through your account. (3) Picture service: When you use the picture service to upload pictures through Wake up tech, you can enter instructions, and the AI ​​model will identify, interpret, edit, generate or perform other operations on the pictures according to your instructions. To achieve the aforementioned purposes, you can select pictures and videos from the album to upload, and we will request authorization from you.“"Read and write photo library" permission. You can also directly call the camera to shoot and then upload or perform AI image processing. After the AI ​​processing or generation is completed, if you choose to save the image locally, we will store the corresponding image in your device album. (4) Voice input service: When you send a voice message through Wake up tech, we will ask you for authorization“Microphone" permission. (5) Wake up tech AI Agent Task execution: If you assign tasks to Wake up tech’s AI Agent, the AI ​​Agent will automatically dismantle, plan and execute the tasks assigned by you. During this process, you will actively enter your instructions into the platform, and you can also upload and add files, text, MCP extensions, images, etc. If you add a custom or MCP extension in the platform MCP extension library, during task execution, the agent will provide request information to the MCP extension service provider you choose according to the interface specification defined by the MCP extension, and obtain its return data to execute the task. We will collect the task instructions, task topics, task execution process, task results, operation logs, usage time, and error logs you input. (6) Email creation and management services: You can set a dedicated email address for the Agent and let the Agent use the email address to receive and send emails by entering instructions. We will collect the mailbox-related instructions you send to the Agent, and the email data sent and received by the Agent's mailbox (including email subject, contact email address information, email content, sending/Reception time, attachments, etc.), as well as the usage operation log of this function. (7) File management and memory service: When using the Agent file function, we will collect and store various products (including intermediate files and final files) generated during the execution of your AI Agent service tasks to provide you with file management functions; at the same time, we will form memories based on the instructions you actively input and the data automatically collected during task execution to provide a continuous experience in subsequent tasks. (8) Schedule creation and management service: When using the Agent schedule function, we will collect the task schedule information parsed and generated by the AI ​​Agent (including schedule topic, task content, execution time, and associated Agent) based on the instructions you actively enter, as well as your operation logs for this function. This feature does not collect local calendar data on your device. (9) Cloud device hosting and automated operation services: When you authorize the Agent to perform automated tasks on your behalf in the cloud device, we will collect the instructions you enter, upload files, screenshots during task execution, execution result information, output files, and operation logs. When the service identifies important operations involving property and fund transfer, identity authentication and protocol authorization, sensitive accounts and security settings, high-risk system permissions, etc., the task will be automatically suspended and additional confirmation will be required from you. In the hosting scenario, we will not retain your operation data. (10) CLI(Command line interface): If you issue a calling command through the CLI, or the Agent or automated script you authorize or configure uses the services of this platform, we may automatically store your login status in Wake up tech based on your authorization. You can choose to remove the CLI tool yourself or log out. (11) Searching and browsing third-party websites: Wake up tech may provide services for displaying search results of third-party websites and browsing third-party websites. These third-party websites may require access to sensitive system permissions, so please be aware. (12) Sharing: When you share or receive shared information, we need to access your clipboard and read the passwords and links contained in it to implement jump, sharing and other functions. 1.4 User consultation, trouble reporting and troubleshooting information We may collect user consultation records, troubleshooting records and troubleshooting processes (such as communication records) generated by your use of Wake up tech and related services in order to respond to your help requests in a timely manner and improve services. 1.5 Use your contact details For you when using the product and/Or the contact information (such as contact number, email address) provided during the service process, we may use it to send notifications during operations (such as identity verification, security verification, user research). We may also provide you with commercial information via text message or phone call, but you can refuse to receive it by unsubscribing. 1.6 Serve/Optimization and improvement of experience When you use the Wake up tech service, we may use the data collected by the service and the corresponding responses generated by AI for evaluation, analysis and model training on the premise that it has been processed with secure encryption technology, strictly de-identified and cannot re-identify specific individuals, so as to continuously optimize the model effect. If you do not want this information to be used for model training and optimization, you can contact us through the contact information in Article 10 of this Privacy Policy to request withdrawal. 2. Personal information we may obtain from third parties In order to provide you with better and superior services, or for the purpose of preventing fraud, our partners may share your personal information with us with your consent or in accordance with legal requirements. 3. Processing of changes in the purpose of collecting and using personal information If we intend to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this privacy policy, or if we use the information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will seek your consent in advance. 4. As a neutral technical service provider, we will only strictly implement your instructions to process your developer data. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, otherwise agreed in accordance with specific product rules, or to provide technical assistance based on your request, we will not access your developer data, nor will we make unauthorized use or disclosure. 4.3 You are responsible for the source and content of your Developer Data. You shall ensure that you have the right to use the platform and services to process such data, and that the processing activities comply with the requirements of Singapore and applicable laws. 4.4 For any personal information contained in developer data, you shall fulfill your obligation to notify and obtain consent from the relevant personal information subject in accordance with the law, and guarantee:(a) Provide a written explanation of the source of the personal information and its legality;(b) Provide proof of authorization and consent when requested by us;(c) If the processing exceeds the scope of authorization, consent should be obtained again. After logging out, you will no longer be able to access the platform and related services. Withdraw or change authorized consent You can turn off relevant permissions in device settings, or withdraw your authorization through the settings function within the platform. After withdrawal, you will no longer be able to use the corresponding services, but it will not affect the previous processing based on authorization. 4. Get a copy of your personal information Upon your written request, we can provide a copy of your basic information, identity information and other personal information, but only to the extent of the information we directly collect. 5.
